The governance process, developed by the original rules work group, was reviewed in 2014 and left as is. New submitted rules are routed to the appropriate SME reviewer(s). The reviewer may contact the submitter for clarification and to suggest amendment. The submitter is notified as to the status of the submission. The identity of the submitter is not revealed on the rules application. The discussion tab provides the opportunity for comment on a rule. These submissions are anonymous except to the rules administrator. Any comment initiates an email to the reviewer and the submitter.
